With over 21 years of multi-family and property management experience, including a recent tenure as Regional Director of Facilities for the Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia regions, Darius brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to every inspection. He has a deep understanding of maintenance and capital expenditure forecasting—crucial knowledge when assessing commercial investments.
